Matters Musical are providing entertainment and stage management services for Armed Forces Day at Potters Fields Park, London on Friday 26 June. Potters Fields Park is right next door to City Hall.
Having been involved in the 2008 Veterans Day celebrations, we are supplying the MC and bands for this year's event.
Ex-Royal Marine and explorer Dom Mee will compere the proceedings.
In his 15 years with the Commandos he served in Northern Ireland, Iraq and was attached to Special Forces. He received two commendations for Northern Ireland and his expeditions worldwide. Since then he has rowed the North Pacific, attempted to cross the North Atlantic in a Kite Boat and to break the Atlantic rowing world record, and made a solo kayak expedition deep into the arctic circle.

This is a day designed to highlight the work of Armed Forces' personnel both past and present, and we are delighted to have been chosen by the GLA and Bliss Events Management to participate in and run the entertainment stage at the event.
