After graduating from the National School of Music in Havana, Cuba, Javier has been working within the London music scene for the last few years. Not only has he played in all the major London venues including Ronnie Scott’s, The Jazz Cafe, O2, Royal Albert Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall, he is an in-demand percussionist, vocalist and guitarist.

After graduating from the National School of Music in Havana, Cuba, Javier has been working within the London music scene for the last few years. Not only has he played in all the major London venues including Ronnie Scott’s, The Jazz Cafe, O2, Royal Albert Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall, he is an in-demand percussionist, vocalist and guitarist.
Javier has played with artists including Lokkhi Terra, platinum seller Flo-rida and Grammy-nominated artist The Game.
He has toured internationally having played in countries such as Bangladesh, India and Greece and his musical journey into the London music scene has enriched his performance and broadened his musical influences.
Javier is no stranger to recording sessions in top London studios and is currently recording his debut album at Music Med Studio so stay tuned as it will be on general release as of next year.
Javier can be booked as a compact soloist (or dynamic duo featuring a percussionist) playing beautiful & ambient traditional Cuban songs from romantic Bolero classics to vibrant sexy Salsa hits!
Javier’s set up can be augmented from a trio all the way up to a 10-piece Salsa band to include brass, double bass, percussion, keys, drums and additional vocalists.
